During your visit, Jennie will:

Every appointment is carried out in a calm, friendly and unhurried environment, ensuring you feel comfortable throughout your visit.

Before Your Appointment

To help your appointment run smoothly, we kindly ask that you:

• Arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
• Bring any hearing aids with you if you wear them.
• If possible, use a few drops of olive oil in the affected ear for 3–5 days before your appointment if you are attending for ear wax removal (unless advised otherwise).
• Let us know before your appointment if you have recently had ear surgery, have a perforated eardrum, grommets, an ear infection or any other condition affecting your ears.

Appointment Times

Please arrive promptly for your appointment.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if there is insufficient time remaining to safely complete your appointment, it may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We understand that sometimes plans change.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours' notice – No charge.
• Less than 24 hours' notice – The full appointment fee will be charged.

Missed Appointments (No Shows)

If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us beforehand, this will be treated as a no-show.

No-show appointments will be charged at 100% of the appointment fee.

This policy allows us to offer appointments to other patients who may be waiting for treatment.
