Terms & Conditions

Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by telephone or by email. Please ensure that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate so we can contact you if required.

Clinic Appointments

Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, however your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled if there is insufficient time to complete your treatment safely.

Mobile Appointments

For home visits, please ensure:

  • Someone is present at the property at the agreed appointment time.
  • There is safe and suitable access to the property.
  • A reliable Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the appointment.

Our specialist microsuction equipment requires an active internet connection to operate correctly.

If a suitable Wi-Fi connection is not available upon arrival and the appointment cannot be completed, the full appointment fee will remain payable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will not incur a charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
  • Appointments cancelled after the practitioner has travelled to a mobile appointment may also be charged in full.

Missed Appointments (No Shows)

If you fail to attend your clinic appointment, or if you are unavailable when the practitioner arrives for a mobile appointment, this will be treated as a no-show.

No-show appointments will be charged at 100% of the appointment fee.

Fees & Payment

Payment is due in accordance with the booking details provided.

Outstanding balances may need to be settled before future appointments can be booked.

Treatment

All treatments are carried out following a professional assessment to ensure they are suitable and safe.

In some circumstances, treatment may not be appropriate. If this is the case, you will be advised accordingly and, where appropriate, referred to your GP, an Audiologist or an ENT specialist.

Children

  • Microsuction ear wax removal is available for adults aged 18 years and over.
  • Ear health checks and hearing checks are available for adults and children aged 6 years and over.
